Key Skills: Sourcing profiles through Job Portal (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc), Strong sourcing skills from LinkedIn & any other social/strongusiness networking, Should have worked on Contract staffing.
Preferences: Should have worked on Niche & Super Niche IT Technical skills, Head-hunting & reference checks
Language Proficiency: English
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing of profiles of SME’s based on the business requirement of the clients.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting internet sites; Social Media; Job Sites.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying the technical description and qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing advertisements using social media and job portals, Head hunting, referrals & Professional Network / Groups.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to business requirements.
- Arranges management / client interviews by coordinating schedules with the applicant.
- Meet client expectations, maintain prompt communication and provide timely information.
- Establishes / Builds relationship with key individuals that allow for continuity and on-going business representation.
